  4. Done! 🎉

1. Connect Monitoro with Telegram

The first step in setting up Telegram with Monitoro is to create a new app account in Monitoro. To do this, go to Monitoro, connect a new app in the apps page and choose the Telegram option, then follow the steps on your screen.

We've also prepared a video tutorial above that guides you through the process of connecting Telegram to Monitoro.

2. Create a new monitor in Monitoro

If you already have a monitor set up, you can skip this step.

To start receiving alerts, you need to create a new monitor in Monitoro. This monitor will track the changes on the website you're interested in. Go to Monitoro, click on "+ create", give your monitor a name, and choose the website you want to monitor.

Next, specify the data you want to monitor on the website. This could be the price of a product, news headlines, or any other data that changes.

3. Integrate Telegram alerts with your monitor

With your monitor set up, it's time to configure the alerts to be sent to Telegram. In your Monitoro dashboard, find the monitor you created and open it.

Create an automation, click on "+ add an action", choose "Get Alerts" and select "Send a message to a channel", then pick Telegram from the list of services. This is where the connection you made in step 1 comes into play.

Compose the message that you want to be sent when a change is detected. You can include details from the monitored data in your message.

Save the integration, and you're all set! Now, whenever the specified data on the website changes, you'll receive an alert in your Telegram chat.

Taking it further

At this point, you can monitor any number of websites and receive customized alerts in Telegram. Experiment with different types of data to monitor and refine your alerts to suit your needs.
